House Preparation Includes:
- Power wash all surfaces to clean, remove & kill mildew prior to painting
- Use tarps and drop cloths to protect all shrubs & landscaping
- Scraping all loose & peeling paint, patching & priming bare wood surfaces
- Caulking all gaps, trim & window trim as needed where wood meets dissimilar surfaces
- Cleaning & material storage at the end of each work day
Power Washing
Power wash with Tri Sodium Phosphate (Organic) and a diluted bleach solution. This will be used to kill the mold, mildew, and eliminate chalking, and will be rinsed clean. Any peeling paint will be scraped & or sanded when the painting process begins. All residue paint chips will be swiped clean at the end of each work day.
